This Privacy Policy explains how Aurelqix S.A.S. ("Aurelqix", "we") processes personal data on aurelqix.com. It applies to visitors, prospects and correspondents. We follow Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where applicable, comparable provisions of the countries our visitors come from.

2. Data we process
When you use aurelqix.com we may process: identification data you provide via forms (name, email, message content), technical data (IP address, browser, device, approximate region), and interaction data (pages visited, buttons pressed) only where you have granted the corresponding consent under Google Consent Mode v2.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to reply to your enquiries, to operate this website securely, to comply with our Argentine legal obligations, and — only if you consent — to measure audience and improve our advertising. The legal basis is your consent, our legitimate interest to keep the site secure, or a legal obligation depending on the case.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with technical processors (hosting, security, email delivery) and, subject to your consent, with Google (Ads, GA4) for audience measurement and advertising, in line with Consent Mode v2. Any international transfer relies on suitable safeguards.
5. Retention
Contact form data is kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange. Analytics and advertising data respect the retention windows set by Google. Consent choices are stored locally on your device for up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and, where applicable, delete your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Under Argentine Law 25.326 you can also file a claim before the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública. Write to privacy@aurelqix.com to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access control, logging — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; we work continuously to reduce risk.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical or product changes. The date on top is the last revision. Substantial changes will be signalled on the homepage.
